JS-1184太陽能光伏組件接線盒灌封膠，為有機(jī)硅雙組分縮合型灌封膠，該產(chǎn)品固化時不放熱、無腐
蝕、收縮率小、固化速度快等特點，適用于各種電子元器件的導(dǎo)熱、密封、絕緣等。

The main function of junction box is connected, protected solar PV modules, and conducted current which produced by solar PV modules. In order to help heat dissipation of diode and waterproof, dampproof, the solar PV modules often needed to seal with pouring sealant.
JS-1184 is a two-component, condensation type solar PV module junction box pouring sealant. It has good characters of non-corrosive, low shrinkage, fast curing and no heat release when curing. The pouring sealant is insulative and suitable for thermal conductive, sealing of different electronic components.
主要特點如下：
1、室溫固化，固化快速快，生產(chǎn)效率高，易于使用；
2、在很寬的溫度范圍（-40℃～150℃）內(nèi)保持橡膠彈性，電性能優(yōu)異，導(dǎo)熱性較好；
3、防水防潮，耐化學(xué)介質(zhì)，耐黃變，耐氣候老化25年以上；
4、與PC、PVC、ABS、PPO等材料粘附性良好；
5、通過美國UL認(rèn)證，證書號為：E335227；
6、完全符合歐盟ROHS環(huán)保指令。

Technical parameters

使用方法 Operation Method
1、清理干凈灌封表面，除去油污
2、為了確保填料的均勻分布，先將A、B組分分別攪拌均勻
3、按配比將A、B組份在混合罐中混合均勻，混合不均則會影響固化物的外觀和絕緣性能。若需得到高導(dǎo)熱性，最好抽真空脫泡5分鐘左右，并在操作時間內(nèi)完成灌封
4、灌封好的制件置于室溫下固化，初固后可進(jìn)入下道工序，室溫條件下一般需3小時左右固化。夏季溫度高，固化會快一些；冬季溫度低，固化會慢一些。
5、建議使用專用灌封膠設(shè)備進(jìn)行施膠

1. Clean and dry the surface, no grease.
2. To ensure the filler dispersed well, mixing A and B separately before using.
3. Mixing A and B well in the material-compound tank according the proportion, non-uniform mixing can
affect the appearance and insulating property. Removed the air bubbles in the vacuum about 5 minutes
and accomplished pouring in operation time will help get high thermal conductivity.
4. The products Cured in room temperature, you can proceed next step when the pouring sealant not flow.
The pouring sealant will cure completely in 3 hours, it will decrease curing time in summer and extend
curing time in winter.
5. Special potting equipment is suggested to use.

注意事項 Notice
1、粘結(jié)材料表面有油狀物或其他雜質(zhì)，用適當(dāng)?shù)娜軇├缇凭⒈热軇┣逑矗?Br>2、未固化密封膠不可接觸眼睛，若不慎接觸，請用水沖洗，并及時就醫(yī)；
3、請避免長時間接觸皮膚，否則可能引起發(fā)癢。
All surfaces must be clean and dry. Degrease and wash off any contaminants that could impair adhesion. Suitable solvents include isopropyl alcohol, acetone, or methyl ethyl ketone.
Not contact eyes with uncured sealant and wash by water once contaminated.
Avoid long time to exposure to skin.

顏色及包裝 Available packing
常規(guī)顏色有白色、黑色，還可按照客戶要求生產(chǎn)特種顏色，采用11kg/組或14kg/組的包裝。
Black, white, available customer tailored, in 11kg or 14kg packing.

儲存及有效期 Storage shelf life
屬于非危險品，請儲存于溫度在27℃以下的陰涼干燥處，有效期為6個月。
This product is non-dangerous goods, save in temperature below 27 ℃ in a cool dry place for a period of 6
months.
